I am Dr. Shallu Khullar, a Doctorate in Human Genetics and a nutrition professional with a deep interest in how genes, metabolism and lifestyle interact to influence health.

My academic background in genetics allows me to look beyond calories and charts — understanding why each body responds differently to food, weight loss and disease. This science-based perspective helps me design personalized, root-cause-focused nutrition plans rather than one-size-fits-all diets.
